Office Manager / Bookkeeper (North Olmsted, OH)

Part time position.

Previous office or small office experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office needed.
QuickBooks or QuickBooks Enterprise experience preferred. Will consider if have other similar Accounting Software experience instead.

Good general PC skills and good paper work detail skills needed. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, and order placing, order checking preferred. Good telephone and communication skills needed. Helping management and sales staff will be needed.

A quick and good learner can help with any skills needed not yet mastered for this particular position.
